Caught in the middle is internet reporter Daniel Webster, who may be onto the biggest story of his career As the Jericho Lights continue to exhibit unusual behavior, the strange circumstances surrounding 19 year old Zaya Vahn only get stranger as Daniel begins connecting the dots, leading him to investigate not only the mayor, but the entire city council. Meanwhile, Sheriff Banks continues his search for the truth and discovers that even Daniel may have a few secrets of his own.

As Daniel finally begins uncovering the truth about Zaya's abduction, he is faced with even bigger questions, like what is the 'Covenant Code' and who are the mysterious Harvesters? Meanwhile, the keepers of Jericho's 'dirty little secret' continue to turn up dead, forcing the remaining conspirators to take drastic measures in order to combat Zaya's wrath.
