The problem might be a resolution setting on the Blu-ray player and roku. If the setting were lowered to or it might work. If that does not work then the upgrade you cannot get would be needed. We have tried changing the settings, but the whole idea of the Blu-Ray we just bought at Sears, was to be able to enjoy high resolution Blue-Ray movies.
Are you saying the upgrade i. We are hoping that someone will be able to provide that for us. I would think Sears should have that firmware update for its customers who purchased this TV model not that long ago. Do the experts here at ManageMyLife have access to Sears technical information of that kind? Do you or any of the other experts know where we can get the firmware update for our Protron TV? The experts have the same access to technical information as a service technician would.
